We work to make sure product names, descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Small differences in color or finish may occur because of screen settings, photography or manufacturer updates. All products are new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Brand names, trademarks and logos of manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
Safe installation and use
Batteries, inverters and home backup systems store and convert large amounts of energy. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and safety instructions. Equipment that connects to your home electrical panel, a transfer switch, the utility grid or a permanent solar array must be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local codes, permits and utility requirements.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or incorrect shipping details. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping and delivery
We ship free of charge to addresses in the United States. Orders are delivered in 4 to 6 business days, processing included. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, improper maintenance or not following the operator manual is not covered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

The Frozena name, logo, website design and original text on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
